Zhang Hongbin has over 20 years of experience in managing EPC and environmental energy projects. Since 2026, he has been serving as Deputy General Manager of PT CCEPC Environment Protection and Energy Comprehensive Utilization Indonesia.
In addition to his role as Deputy General Manager, he also leads the Operations Management Department, overseeing major projects in Indonesia, including the Dexin Steel BFG Power Plant and the Tsingshan Steel Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant in the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Lanzhou Jiaotong University and holds the professional title of Senior Engineer.
