Yang Xuehai is an experienced Chief Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in managing EPC infrastructure and environmental energy projects, both in China and internationally.
Since 2023, he has served as Chief Engineer of PT CCEPC Environment Protection and Energy Comprehensive Utilization Indonesia. Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Chief Engineer and Deputy Director of the Process Division, Engineering Department at the CCEPC headquarters.
He has also served as Chief Design Engineer for 11 power generation projects and as Overall Project Lead for 5 projects. He has developed 26 energy-saving and environmental technologies to support international diagnostics. In total, he has led more than 45 technical negotiations and contractsignings for EPC projects.
Notable achievements include:
- Chief Design Engineer – company’s first high-temperature, ultra-high-pressure 30-100MW gas-fired power generation unit
- Chief Design Engineer – large-scale 250MW and 350MW coal-fired thermal power generation units
- Technical Lead – coal-fired thermal power generation projects at Tsingshan Morowali and Weda Bay Industrial Parks
- Overall Project Lead – 150MW sub-critical gas-fired power generation project at Baosteel headquarters
- Overall Project Lead – 4 x 1 million ton sulfuric acid projects at Weda Bay Industrial Park
- Overall Project Lead – Salim 3×350MW supercritical coal-fired power generation project
He holds a Master’s degree in Thermal Energy Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and was awarded the title of Professor-level Senior Engineer in December 2022.
