Huang Chengliang is an Assistant General Manager with over 20 years of experience in EPC infrastructure and urban environmental protection projects.
Since 2025, he has served as Assistant General Manager of PT CCEPC Environment Protection and Energy Comprehensive Utilization Indonesia. Prior to this role, he served as Engineering Director at the Project Management Office (2019 – 2025).
He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kunming University of Science and Technology. He is also a certified First-Class Construction Engineer (Building Engineering).
