To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote outstanding traditional Chinese culture, strengthen Party-building cohesion, and help new employees better integrate into the collective, on September 24, under the leadership of Zhu Fei, Secretary of the Solid Waste Party Branch, all Party members based in Wuhan, Party activists, and newly recruited employees from 2023 visited the Hubei Provincial Museum for a themed study and educational activity.
As an important carrier of Jingchu (Hubei) culture, the Hubei Provincial Museum is known as a hall of Jingchu civilization. General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that Jingchu culture is an important part of China’s long-standing civilization and plays a significant role in the development of Chinese civilization. Inside the museum, participants carefully observed rich cultural relics and immersed themselves in the charm of Jingchu culture. This experience not only enriched their historical and cultural knowledge but also further strengthened their cultural confidence.
New employees gained a deeper understanding of Hubei’s long historical and cultural development process, enhancing their sense of cultural identity and belonging. Through communication and participation in the visit, they gradually integrated into the new environment and adapted to their new roles.
This visit to the provincial museum was both a rich cultural and visual experience and an opportunity to strengthen emotional bonds between new and existing employees. Party members expressed that they will further strengthen their sense of historical responsibility in future work, carry forward the pioneering spirit of hard work and the craftsmanship spirit of excellence, and consciously act as practitioners and inheritors of these values, contributing to the company’s sustainable and high-quality development.
