On January 13, 2026, Dexin Steel held its 2025 Annual Commendation Conference. At the conference, the CCEPC Dexin Steel Operations Department was awarded the title of “Five-Star External Cooperation Unit” by Dexin Steel for the year 2025 and received an award.
Since taking over the operation and maintenance of Dexin’s Shuangshi generator sets, the Operations Department has consistently adhered to the principles of safe production, meticulous operation, and lean management. The department has demonstrated outstanding performance in various areas such as production organization, optimization of performance indicators, technological upgrades, equipment maintenance, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, repair and reuse of old equipment, and 6S management. This has resulted in a synergistic improvement in power supply, energy saving and consumption reduction, safe operation, and economic benefits. The department exceeded its power generation target by 12.2%, repeatedly breaking monthly power generation records. It proposed 11 lean projects, prioritized 6 quick-win projects, and implemented 20 repair and reuse projects, yielding significant efficiency improvements. Gas generator set No. 3 achieved 385 consecutive days of safe and stable operation, earning high praise from the Dexin management team.
This award is not only a full affirmation of our operational capabilities but also a high recognition of the operational team’s hard work. Moving forward, the Operations Department will set benchmarks through practical work, deepen lean management, and expand its overseas operational influence. The department will also leverage this award to unite our efforts, enhance our brand effect, and form a comprehensive development pattern, making greater contributions to the company’s growth.
