On Saturday, September 12, 2026, CCEPC Indonesia Head Office held a Pre-Departure Ceremony for the Management Trainee (MT) 2026 Batch 1 participants as an official send-off before they enter the third stage of the program, China Training. The four-month training program will take place at CCEPC Headquarters (HQ) in China.
The event was attended by the company’s Executive Management and Directors, the HR & Organizational Development team, and the MT 2026 Batch 1 participants.
The event began at 9:50 a.m. with a check-in and welcoming session, followed by a group photo. The opening session also marked the official recognition of participants who had successfully qualified to take part in the China Training program.
Following the opening, two representatives of MT 2026, Fitrah and Amsalyne, shared their experiences throughout the Management Trainee program.
Fitrah, as the Vice Chairman of MT, said:
“The Pre-Departure Ceremony makes us even prouder to be part of CCEPC Indonesia. We have been given the opportunity to learn about the culture, technology, and Mandarin language, while gaining valuable experiences in Wuhan.”
The session continued with messages and guidance from the Executive Management team, followed by remarks from Mr. Gao to prepare the participants for the next stage of the program.
Mr. Gao Hai also shared a message with the participants:
“You are the main characters being prepared to become future leaders. You should learn as much as possible about the environment, culture, language, and technology, as these are among the strengths of our company.”

As part of the preparations for China Training, participants also received an overview of the program that will be conducted at HQ. The session provided insights into the stages, activities, and experiences they will undertake during their time in China. It was complemented by a sharing session with Anggita Kiara, a representative of MT 2025, who shared her experiences from the program she had previously completed.
The Pre-Departure Ceremony concluded with the presentation of souvenirs to the participants as a symbol of appreciation and support before they embark on the next stage of their journey. The event was then officially closed by the Master of Ceremony.

Through this Pre-Departure Ceremony, CCEPC Indonesia hopes to provide MT 2026 Batch 1 participants with valuable preparation, motivation, and a clearer understanding of what to expect before entering the third stage of the program—China Training. The event also served as an opportunity to strengthen communication between management and young talents as part of the company’s efforts to develop its next generation of leaders.
