Gao Hai is a Director with more than 15 years of experience in large-scale EPC infrastructure and environmental energy projects, both in China and internationally.
Since 2023, he has served as Director of PT CCEPC Environment Protection and Energy Comprehensive Utilization Indonesia, where he has successfully achieved all key performance targets, expanded the local market, and developed a strong localized talent pipeline.
Prior to this role, he served as General Manager for several major projects, including the Guangxi Shenglong Project (2021–2023) and the Indonesia Weda Bay Project (2018–2021). Earlier in his career, he also held Project Manager roles for several large domestic engineering projects, including a CDQ waste heat power generation retrofit project (2016–2017) and an ultra high pressure intermediate reheat gas power generation project (2017–2018).
He holds 1 invention patent and 4 utility model patents, and has obtained several professional certifications in China, including Professor-level Senior Engineer, First-Class Registered Structural Engineer, and First-Class Registered Construction Engineer.
He has also received multiple awards, including the First Prize of the China Minmetals Science and Technology Progress Award (2023) and the First Prize of the National Metallurgical Industry Outstanding Engineering Design Achievements (2019, 2022, 2023).
He holds a Master’s degree in Solid Mechanics from Harbin Institute of Technology. He was also appointed as an Honorary Lecturer at the School of Electrical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology.
