On December 31, 2025, the Deputy General Manager of Dexin Steel, Mr. Zhao Zhizhang, along with the company’s management team, officially presented a letter of commendation to the Operations Department of CCEPC Dexin Steel. This was a form of appreciation for their outstanding achievements in the operation and maintenance of Gas Power Plant Unit No. 3, which successfully operated safely and stably for 385 consecutive days.
Dexin Gas Power Plant Unit No. 3 has an installed capacity of 150MW and adopts subcritical parameters. This unit generates electricity using blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, and converter gas as fuel. The unit commenced operation and was connected to the power grid on November 24, 2024, following repairs. It was scheduled for a maintenance shutdown on December 13, 2025, operating continuously for 385 days and setting a new record for continuous unit operation within the same industry.
The CCEPC Dexin Operations Team strictly adheres to meticulous unit operation and maintenance, upholds “zero-defect” equipment management, and promptly eliminates unit faults, ensuring the long-term stable and economical operation of the unit. This has made positive contributions to energy saving, emission reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement for the owner, and has earned high recognition from the owner.
This commendation serves as both an affirmation and an encouragement. In the future, the Operations Department will continue to maintain and promote a meticulous, pragmatic, and excellence-oriented work style, alongside strong team spirit, thereby making even greater contributions to the development of the Dexin Steel Company.
