On October 15, the “China–Indonesia School-Enterprise Cooperation Summit 2025”, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Technology of Indonesia, was officially held in Jakarta. The event brought together leading figures from the education and industrial sectors. Indonesia’s Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Technology, Prof. Stella Christie, attended in person along with representatives from more than 60 universities across Indonesia to participate in this prestigious gathering.

As the sole corporate representative, the company delivered a presentation entitled “Thoughts and Practices on Human Resource Localization at PT CCEPC Indonesia”, which subsequently received coverage from major media outlets such as People’s Daily Online and China News Service.

During the summit, General Manager Gao Hai provided an in-depth explanation of the company’s local talent development strategy, which is centered on the concept of “Chinese Technology + Indonesian Management Core + Local Project Execution.” He outlined the company’s vision and concrete measures for cultivating skilled workers and core business talents, ranging from a well-structured management trainee program, effective initiatives to promote Chinese–Indonesian cultural integration, to the implementation of various flexible training methods.

Through this approach, the company has successfully established a comprehensive and multi-tiered human resource development system that provides broad opportunities and strong support for the growth of local talent.

Since actively promoting its human resource localization program, the company has developed close partnerships with more than 50 universities in Indonesia, including the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with 19 institutions. These collaborations cover academic exchanges, talent development, and joint research initiatives, significantly strengthening the platform for collaboration, resource sharing, and synergistic cooperation between the company and Indonesian universities.

In terms of talent recruitment and development, the company has achieved remarkable results. In 2025 alone, the company successfully recruited 257 skilled local workers and 37 new core business talents. The addition of this “new blood” has provided strong momentum for the company’s localization process while enhancing its competitiveness and adaptability in the Indonesian market.

The company’s outstanding performance at the China–Indonesia School-Enterprise Cooperation Summit not only demonstrated its innovative concepts and practical experience in human resource development, but also served as a model of deep collaboration between China and Indonesia in the fields of education and industry.

Looking ahead, the company will continue to deepen its cooperation with Indonesian universities, continuously optimize its talent localization strategy, and remain committed to making greater contributions to strengthening economic cooperation and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
